Established in 1993, Guangdong JMA Aluminum Profile Factory (Group) Co., Ltd. is a leading enterprise in the industry integrating research, design, production and sales of aluminum alloy building profiles, industrial materials and aluminum alloy doors and windows, with an annual production capacity of more than 600,000 tons. Products are widely used in construction, electronic communication hardware, building templates, machinery manufacturing, solar panels, transportation and other fields.

JMA Shishan production base covers an area of 1,200 mu. There are 18 efficient, energy-saving and environment-friendly melting and casting production lines constructed by 16 square rows of horizontal hot-top casting aluminum rod production equipment and 7 hot-top airslip hydraulic casting aluminum rod production equipment. It has 62 multi-tonnage, multi-tonnage, multi-specification and high-efficiency automatic extrusion production lines constructed by introducing intelligent extrusion equipment from Italy, Germany and Japan. There are 10 advanced anodizing and electrophoresis production lines, 7 of which have independent core technical intellectual property rights, which can realize various electrophoresis processing methods such as glossy-electrophoresis, extinction electrophoresis, porcelain electrophoresis, translucent electrophoresis and color electrophoresis. There are 15 powder coating production lines constructed by powder coating equipment imported from Switzerland and Italy, and 6 fluorocarbon painting production lines constructed by spraying equipment imported from Japan. There are 8 production lines of insert bar thermal break profiles from Müller, Switzerland, 2 production lines of fill & debridge thermal break profiles from the United States, and 6 production lines of wood grain, which can produce 3D, wood shavings, stereo, transfer printing and other kinds of wood grain profiles. It has built an international advanced automatic warehouse, mold processing center and machining center. It has the most advanced sewage treatment and air purification system from Japan, and more than 160 sets of advanced testing equipment imported from other countries.

JMA has established the National Enterprise Technology Center, Post-Doctoral Research Center and National Accredited Laboratory, which has become a strong guarantee for R&D innovation. JMA also became involved in the formulation of 188 international, national and industry standards, and was the first drafter of 18 national and industry standards. At the same time, JMA also attaches great importance to the protection of intellectual property rights. At present, it has more than 800 patents, including 8 international patents and 94 national invention patents.
